At Orthopaedic Specialists of Charleston, our five centers of orthopaedic excellence provide you with a full service one-stop center to evaluate and treat your specific orthopaedic medical needs. Our board certified and board eligible fellowship trained physicians are national leaders in their area of orthopaedic expertise. Our centers of excellence include the arthritis and joint center, the foot and ankle center, the hand and upper extremity center, the spine care center, and the sports medicine center.  Orthopaedic Specialists of Charleston sports medicine team is proud to serve as team physicians for the College of Charleston Cougars and the Citadel Bulldogs…as well as several local high school sports teams.
